环氧涂层钢筋能有效地防止钢筋锈蚀,用于混凝土结构耐久性设计.由于表面状态改变,环氧涂层钢筋的粘结锚固性能受到削弱.作者通过拉拔试验探讨了其粘结锚固机理、锚固特性及锚固强度,并通过梁锚试验加以验证.在此基础上,由可靠度分析提出了锚固长度设计值的建议.
Epoxy-coated steel bars can effectively prevent the corrosion of steel bars and are used for the durability design of concrete structures. Due to the change of surface state, the bonding and anchoring properties of epoxy-coated steel bars are weakened. The authors explored the bonding and anchoring mechanism through the pull-out test. The anchoring property and anchoring strength were verified by the beam anchor test. On this basis, the reliability of the anchorage length design was proposed.
