The machining process of eccentric gear push-pin planetary gear tooth profile was computerized. The formula of minimum curvature radius and pressure angle of actual tooth profile was deduced. The factors influencing the minimum radius of curvature and pressure angle were quantitatively analyzed. The eccentricity is the conclusion of a crucial parameter of eccentric transmission.
