本文探讨的是发行企业(公司)债券对国内港口企业融资的重要作用,并对企业债券发行所涉及的相关政策要求、发行必要性、意义、发行程序和发行策略分别进行了相应阐述。对港口企业通过发行企业(公司)债券融资,有效拓宽融资渠道具有一定的借鉴作用。 This article explores the important role of issuing corporate (corporate) bonds in the financing of domestic port enterprises and elaborates on the relevant policy requirements, the necessity of issuance, the significance, the issuance process and the issuance strategies involved in the issuance of corporate bonds respectively.
