水轮机吸出高度是一个综合的技术经济指标,它不仅是确定水轮机安装高度的重要参数,也影响水轮机的汽蚀性及安全稳定运行。在四组不同吸出高度下,通过现场真机测试,一方面验证了溪洛渡电站机组吸出高度设计的合理性,另一方面找出了不同吸出高度对真机稳定性指标的影响规律。试验结果表明,在低负荷区,机组摆度、振动幅值随吸出高度增加逐渐减小;在高负荷区,吸出高度对机组摆度、振动幅值的影响不明显;不同吸出高度对机组稳定性指标的频率成分无影响。研究成果有助于理解不同吸出高度对大型混流机组稳定性指标的影响。
The suction height of a turbine is a comprehensive technical and economic indicator. It is not only an important parameter for determining the installation height of a turbine, but also affects the cavitation of the turbine and the safe and stable operation. In the four groups of different suction height, through the real machine test, on the one hand verify the rationality of Xiluodu hydropower station suction height design, on the other hand, find the different suction height on real machine stability index. The test results show that in the low load area, the unit swing and vibration amplitude decrease gradually with the increase of suction height. In the high load area, the suction height has no obvious effect on unit swing and vibration amplitude. The frequency component of the index has no effect. The research results help to understand the influence of different suction height on the stability index of large Francis units.
