本文采用数值模拟方法,对不同叶尖处理构型的涡轮转子流场进行数值计算,获得了平顶叶尖、凹槽叶顶、带肋条的凹槽叶顶的涡轮转子间隙流动特性,以及对涡轮转子性能的影响。研究的6种模型中,模型A6的转子性能优于平顶叶尖模型A1,其他凹槽构型的转子性能均低于平顶叶尖模型A1。
In this paper, the numerical simulation of turbine rotor flow field with different tip processing configurations was carried out, and the turbine rotor gap flow characteristics of flat-blade tip, groove tip and ribbed groove tip were obtained. Effect of turbine rotor performance. Among the six models studied, the rotor performance of model A6 is superior to that of flat-top tip model A1, while the rotor performance of the other groove configurations is lower than that of flat-top tip model A1.
