已知肿瘤病人尿排出的某些甲基嘌呤水平较高,足来自破损的t-RNA,其成分至今不全明了,但作用重要。本研究旨在卵巢癌患者和正常妇女尿中主要变型核苷的测定能否区别该两组。作者使用高性能液相色谱法(HPLC)测定核苷。所用的化学制剂纯度最高。从7例(术前和2例术后)卵巢肿瘤切除术前和2例术后11和9天的患者分别采集尿标本。并以5位健康妇女作对照。将尿标本通过聚合物(Affigel 601)柱,该聚合物与尿标本中的核糖核苷(ribonudeosides)
Known cancer patients urinary excretion of some of the higher levels of methyl-purine, from the damaged t-RNA, its composition has not fully understood, but the role is important. The aim of this study was to determine whether the determination of the major variant nucleosides in urine of ovarian cancer patients and normal women distinguishes between the two groups. The authors use high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to determine nucleosides. The chemical used is of the highest purity. Urine samples were collected from 7 patients (preoperative and 2 postoperative) before ovariectomy and 2 patients 11 and 9 days after surgery. Five healthy women were used as controls. Urine specimens were passed through a polymer (Affigel 601) column, which was mixed with ribonudeosides
