近几年你有没有最忙的时候?郭桥:我没有最忙的时候,最多就是“小忙”。忙是一种持续状态,这就像龟兔赛跑里面的乌龟一样,一直都在走,绝不会走走停停。忙不忙,都由手头上的事情来决定,都向着我的目标。我的目标一旦锁定,就会为之而奋斗。比如说,我的目标是从上海发展到北京,我就会将这个过程分解为若干阶段,每个阶段都制定一个规划——做好每一阶段的工作;若干阶段不断累积,最后就实现了我的终极目标。所以,这些“小忙”的累积很重要,就像古人说的“不积跬步,无以至千里。”
