上海市汽车二场在1980年建造了一个简易维修客车库。该车库高5米,南北长79米,东西宽11米,车库顶是钢筋混凝土,上铺了“二毡三油”。因车库顶结构很薄,加之油毡在炎热的夏天吸收大量的太阳辐射热,使车库内的气温超过35℃。于是在车库南北两头进出口处使用四台鼓风机,但库内还是热得象蒸笼一样,工人宁可在阳光下修车也不愿进库。为了防暑降温,保护工人健康,设想了几种方案:①在车库顶上搭建玻璃钢棚降温,需3万多元(每平方米39.10元)。②搭建竹帘棚架降温。③搞屋顶绿化降温。第一方案投资太大,第二方案防火安全差,都未能实现。1982年春决定采用屋顶绿化(题照),计划投资5000元。方法是(图1、2):在车库顶的东西向宽的两边墙基上(排水沟内侧),用砖砌成高度17~20厘米,宽90厘米的种植槽,槽内填入经过发酵腐熟的木屑混合介质(木屑与土重量比3:1混合成),厚度16厘米左右。
In Shanghai Auto Two, a simple maintenance garage was built in 1980. The garage is 5 meters high, 79 meters long from north to south, and 11 meters wide from east to west. The roof of the garage is reinforced concrete and it is covered with “two felts and three oils.” Due to the thin roof structure of the garage, the linoleum absorbs a lot of solar radiant heat in the hot summer months, causing the temperature in the garage to exceed 35°C. So four blowers were used at the entrance and exit of the garage north and south, but the inside of the garage was still hot like a steamer. Workers would rather repair cars in the sun rather than go into storage. In order to prevent heatstroke and protect the health of workers, I envisage several proposals: 1 To build a glass steel shed on the roof of the garage to cool down, it needs more than 30,000 yuan (39.10 yuan per square meter). 2 Build bamboo scaffolding to cool down. 3 engage in green roof cooling. The first plan invested too much, and the second plan had poor fire safety and failed to be realized. In the spring of 1982, it was decided to adopt the roof greening (title), and plans to invest 5,000 yuan. The method is (Fig. 1 and 2): on the east and west walls of the garage roof on both sides of the width (inside of the drainage ditch), bricks are planted into a planting tank with a height of 17 to 20 cm and a width of 90 cm. The tank is filled with fermented material. Decomposed sawdust mixed medium (wood chips mixed with soil weight ratio of 3:1) with a thickness of about 16 cm.
