雪松(Cedrus deodara),是常见的园林绿化优良树种。近年来,随着绿化水平的提高,3米以上大规格的雪松需求量增加,而小苗滞销。为促进雪松苗期生长,缩短培育大苗时间;我们于1986年使用具较高生理活性的植物激素——赤霉素,对雪松进行叶面喷施试验,并对处理的浓度、时间、次数和雪松苗期生长效应进行了探讨。现将初步结果报道如下: 材料与方法 (一)试验材料 1.立地条件:本试验设在武进县雪堰乡共建林果场,圃地土壤为轻壤到中壤,前茬为苹果树林场,肥力中等。 2.供试雪松为当年生实生苗。播种方式:大田播种,点播。行距为12厘米,每行雪松双列,出苗率为50—75%。株行距为6×6厘米。
