通过引进课题妙用一条绳,并自行设计了一系列的跳绳活动,指导学校四年级学生进行了为期妙计14周的锻炼,并测定比较了锻炼前后的各项身体素质指标。结果表明:受试者锻炼后有氧耐力得到了明显的提高,并且带来了主观感受体验,同时也说明根据学生的动机、兴趣及生理、心理特点安排教学内容,能有效地提高教学质量。
Through the introduction of a series of magical use of a rope, and designed a series of rope skipping activities to guide the fourth graders of the school for a period of wonderful 14 weeks of exercise, and determined by comparing the various physical fitness before and after exercise indicators. The results showed that the subjects ’aerobic endurance improved obviously after training, and brought subjective feelings experience. It also shows that teaching content can be effectively improved according to students’ motivation, interests and physiological and psychological characteristics.
