良好的合作关系是特许经营中特许人与被特许人成功的关键。为了让中国的特许经营企业走出国门,或外国的特许经营者进入中国,特许人和被特许人之间的关系需要建立和发展。大多数特许人和被特许人并不了解这种关系是什么,如何开始建立这种关系,然后如何加强这种关系。本文恰好阐述了这个问题,并重在两个方面进行论述:(1)防止不相配的关系;(2)防止处理不当的关系。本文还将讨论美国两大特许经营体制“科威科.科比”(Kwik-Kopy,International Center for Entrepreneurial Development)和“在家老人照护(”Home Instead Senior Care)。
Good cooperation is the key to the success of franchisees and franchisees in franchising. In order for Chinese franchise companies to go abroad or foreign franchisees enter China, the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee needs to be established and developed. Most franchisees and franchisees do not understand what this relationship is, how to start building that relationship, and how to strengthen that relationship. This article precisely addresses this issue and focuses on two areas of discussion: (1) preventing incompatible relationships; and (2) preventing inappropriate relationships. This article will also discuss the two major U.S. franchise systems, Kwik-Kopy (International Center for Entrepreneurial Development) and Home Care Senior Care (Home Instead Care).
