含CO2浓度高的气田,是天然气能源的主要来源。在这种气田的开发方面,重点是关于投资、能源消耗、气体回收率和天然气脱除技术的研究。我们有必要了解变压吸附技术的含义和原理,研究其特征以及发展阶段,并比照国内外不同种类的脱碳技术,从而得出成本低、可行性强的技术方案。目前,利用变压吸附方法除去CO2的相关技术,已经被广泛运用在合成气体等行业。随着脱除技术的进展和吸附产品的推广,变压吸附技术将得到越来越充分的利用。
Gas fields with high concentrations of CO2 are the main sources of natural gas energy. In this area of gas field development, the focus is on investment, energy consumption, gas recovery and natural gas removal technologies. It is necessary for us to understand the meaning and principle of pressure swing adsorption technology, to study its characteristics and stages of development, and to compare the different types of decarbonization technologies at home and abroad, so as to draw a low cost and feasible technical solution. At present, the use of pressure swing adsorption method to remove CO2 related technologies, has been widely used in the synthesis of gas and other industries. With the removal of the progress of technology and the promotion of adsorption products, PSA technology will be more and more fully utilized.
