Policy Express On June 8, 2012, the General Office of Henan Provincial Government issued “Plan for the Construction of Social Elderly Care Service System in Henan Province (2011 ~ 2015)” and comprehensively planned the social pension in Henan Province during the “12th Five-Year Plan” period Service system construction, and actively respond to the challenges of population aging.
