目的:筛选、优化同时提取丹参中水溶性成分和脂溶性成分的微乳液配方。方法:以丹参酮ⅡA和丹参素含量为指标,建立HPLC法测定其在药材微乳提取液中的含量,采用三元相图和均匀设计筛选、优化微乳液配方。结果:丹参酮ⅡA和丹参素总含量较高的优化配方为乙酸乙酯:吐温80:无水乙醇:水=12:14.4:3.6:7(0w/w)。结论:微乳液适用于同时提取丹参中的水溶性成分和脂溶性成分。
Objective: To screen and optimize the simultaneous extraction of microemulsion formulations of water-soluble and lipophilic components of Salvia miltiorrhiza. Methods: The contents of tanshinone IIA and danshensu were used as indicators to establish the HPLC method to determine the content of the microemulsion extracts. The ternary phase diagram and uniform design were used to screen and optimize the microemulsion formulation. Results: The optimized formula for the higher total content of tanshinone IIA and danshensu was ethyl acetate: Tween 80: anhydrous ethanol: water = 12:14.4:3.6:7 (0 w/w). Conclusion: The microemulsion is suitable for the simultaneous extraction of water-soluble and fat-soluble components in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
