近来已有不少文献论述了不同人群、特别是供血员中乙型肝炎抗原的阳性率。但有关HAA健康携带者的流行病学特点和乙型肝炎抗体的分布型式的资料还很少。为了阐明这个问题,本文叙述纽约某地区志愿供血员中HAA和乙型肝炎抗体的分布情况,并同时介绍两个血库职业供血员的乙型肝炎抗体分布,以资比较。
Recently, many literatures have discussed the positive rate of hepatitis B antigen in different populations, especially blood donors. However, there is very little information on the epidemiological characteristics of HAA carriers and the distribution patterns of hepatitis B antibodies. In order to clarify this issue, this article describes the distribution of HAA and hepatitis B antibodies in volunteer blood donors in a certain area of New York City, and at the same time introduces the distribution of hepatitis B antibodies in two blood bank blood donors for comparison.
