英国结构工程师学会(IStruct E)于2013年发布了结构抗连续性倒塌的风险评估指南,IStruct E指南针对欧洲规范EN 1991-1-7中第3类高风险建筑提出了详细的风险评估步骤,包括确认结构可能遭受的灾害、确定可接受灾害的临界值、采取降低风险的控制措施并对其进行投入-收益评估。对于不确定的偶然荷载,IStruct E指南建议采用荷载重分布和局部保护设计的方法,分别通过验证构件去除后剩余结构的承载能力和关键构件的加强设计,提高结构抗连续性倒塌的性能。主要介绍IStruct E指南结构风险评估和两种设计方法的具体步骤,并综合比较其他规范相关方法的优缺点和适用范围,为我国高层建筑结构抗连续性倒塌设计提供参考和建议。
IStruct E released a guide to assessing the risk of structural collapse in 2013. IStruct E provides a detailed risk assessment procedure for category 3 high-risk buildings in the European norm EN 1991-1-7, Including identifying possible hazards to the structure, identifying cut-offs of acceptable disasters, taking risk-mitigating controls and investing in them - a revenue assessment. For uncertain occasional loads, IStruct E recommends the use of load redistribution and local protection design methods to verify the structural integrity of the structure against continuous collapse by verifying the bearing capacity of remaining structures after removal and the design of key components. This paper mainly introduces the structural risk assessment of IStruct E and the concrete steps of the two methods. It also compares and compares the advantages, disadvantages and applicability of other related methods to provide references and suggestions for the anti-continuous collapse design of high-rise buildings in China.
