目的:比较3种根管工作长度测量方法的准确性。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年6月治疗的90例患者,232个根管随机分为3组,分别采用X线片、Raypex5型根尖定位仪和i-root型根尖定位仪测量根管工作长度。依据充填质量评估测得工作长度的准确性。采用SPSS19.0软件包进行统计学处理。结果:X线组、Raypex5组及i-root组的根管充填成功率分别为88.5%、92.9%和96.1%,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。磨牙、前磨牙及前牙的根管充填成功率分别为92.5%、96.6%和95.2%,组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:Raypex5型根长测定仪及i-root型根长测定仪的临床效果与传统的X线法相似,但可避免不必要的电离辐射,提高临床工作效率。
OBJECTIVE: To compare the accuracy of three methods of length measurement of root canal. Methods: Totally 90 patients treated from January 2015 to June 2016 were enrolled in the study. 232 root canals were randomly divided into 3 groups. They were measured by X-ray, Raypex5 apical localization instrument and i-root apical localization instrument Root canal working length. Accuracy of working length based on fill quality assessment. SPSS19.0 software package for statistical analysis. Results: The success rates of root canal filling in X-ray group, Raypex5 group and i-root group were 88.5%, 92.9% and 96.1%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The successful rate of root canal filling of molars, premolar and anterior teeth were 92.5%, 96.6% and 95.2%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Raypex5 root length analyzer and i-root root length analyzer is similar to the traditional X-ray method, but it can avoid unnecessary ionizing radiation and improve clinical work efficiency.
