目的:探讨放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质对成纤维细胞L929的细胞毒性作用。方法:采用MTT法、细胞计数法进行细胞毒性检测。结果:放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质可明显抑制成纤维细胞L929的分裂、增殖,并呈明显的剂量依赖性,100mg/L浓度组与对照组差别显著(P<0.05),但不致细胞死亡。结论:放线共生放线杆菌表面相关物质对L929细胞有明显的毒性作用,其致病机理不同于LPS。
Objective: To investigate the cytotoxic effect of surface-associated substances of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans on fibroblast L929 cells. Methods: Cytotoxicity was detected by MTT assay and cell counting method. Results: The related substances on the surface of Actinobacillus actinomycetemcomitans could significantly inhibit the proliferation and proliferation of L929 fibroblasts in a dose-dependent manner. The concentration of 100 mg / L was significantly different from that of the control group (P <0.05) Do not cause cell death. Conclusion: Actinobacillus actinomycetes surface-related substances have obvious toxic effects on L929 cells, its pathogenic mechanism is different from LPS.
