和谐社会的概念已经提出了一年多的时间,但落实的情况并不乐观。对和谐社会这一理念的理解存在着种种偏误。和谐社会的建设亟需协调利益关系和转换发展模式。和谐社会的建立亟待处理好宏观逻辑向微观机制的转化。
