利用高温超导材料 YBa2 Cu3O7-δ对氧的呼吸作用进行了苯的深度催化氧化的研究 .实验表明 ,当反应温度为 480℃ ,空速为 2 0 0 0 ml· h-1· g-1,空气气氛中苯分压为 6.0 7k Pa时 ,苯转化率可达 93 % .随着温度的降低、空速的增加和苯分压的升高 ,苯转化率下降 .当反应温度为 3 60℃ ,空速为 5 0 0 0ml· h-1· g-1,空气气氛中苯分压为 1 0 .0 3 k Pa时 ,苯转化率降至 2 0 .6% .
The catalytic oxidation of benzene with oxygen was studied by means of the high-temperature superconducting material YBa2 Cu3O7-δ. Experiments show that when the reaction temperature is 480 ℃ and the space velocity is 20 000 ml · h-1 · g-1 , The conversion of benzene can reach 93% under the partial pressure of benzene of 6.07kPa in air atmosphere.With the decrease of temperature, the increase of space velocity and the increase of benzene partial pressure, the benzene conversion decreases.When the reaction temperature is 3 60 ℃, airspeed of 500 ml · h-1 · g-1, the benzene partial pressure in the air is 1.03 kPa, the conversion of benzene is reduced to 20.6%.
