为探讨国产4种青石棉致大鼠胸膜间皮瘤的潜能,右侧胸膜腔注入青石棉40m g 诱发大鼠胸膜间皮瘤。结果显示: 各组间皮瘤诱发率在56.0% ~68.8% (盐源组最高),第1例间皮瘤的存活时间在237~374天(盐源组最短),间皮瘤鼠的平均存活时间分别为560天,490天,593天,498天(盐源组最短)。青石棉诱发的间皮瘤组织学类型以纤维型为主。间皮瘤的分化程度以中、低分化为主。结果表明,胸膜腔注入石棉后均可诱发出胸膜间皮瘤。生理盐水组没有间皮瘤发生。该实验各石棉组中盐源青石棉致间皮瘤的潜能较强。
To investigate the potential of four kinds of domestic crocidolite-induced pleural mesothelioma in rats, 40m g of crocidolite was injected into the right pleural cavity to induce rat pleural mesothelioma. The results showed that the mesothelioma induction rate was 56.0% to 68.8% in each group (the highest in Yanyuan group), and the survival time of the first mesothelioma was 237 to 374 days (the shortest in Yanyuan group). The average survival time of tumor mice was 560 days, 490 days, 593 days, and 498 days (shortest in Yanyuan group). The histological type of mesothelioma induced by crocidolite is fiber type. The degree of differentiation of mesothelioma is mainly moderate and poorly differentiated. The results showed that pleural mesothelioma could be induced after aspirin was injected into the pleural cavity. There was no mesothelioma in the saline group. The potential for mesothelioma caused by salt-derived crocidolite in various asbestos groups in this experiment was strong.
