采用大鼠 2 0只 ,通过饮水加氟 (F15 0mg/L)和加硒 (SE 0 5mg/L、2mg/l、4mg/L)的方法 ,研究氟、硒对大鼠股四头肌的组织化学活性变化的影响。结果表明 :氟组股四头肌PAS反应、SDH活性比对照组 (饮用蒸馏水 )低 ,随着硒量增加到适量时 (同时加硒加氟组 ,SE 0 5mg/L、2mg/L) ,PAS反应、SDH活性升高 ,但在SE 4mg/L组中PAS反应、SDH活性又开始下降。ALP无论在氟组还是加硒加氟组其活性都比对照组强。ACP的活性在氟组比对照组有所增强 ,而在加硒加氟组中ACP的活性明显降低。LDH在氟组以及SE(0 5mg/L) +F(15 0mg/L)组中活性都较强 ,并且在SE(2mg/L) +F(15 0mg/L)组中活性表现最强 ,但在SE(4mg/L) +F(15 0mg/L)组中活性又开始下降。
