某型飞机RS422总线电源数据在处理过程中发现数据频繁出现跳点,经检查机上设备工作正常,仪表显示正确。通过分析预处理结果数据,发现引起跳点的原因是该总线数据更新周期与数据采集周期无整数倍关系,数据采集频率设置为高于更新频率的情况下会记录下该总线数据未完全更新的中间状态的数据。通过分析该总线数据结构并分析预处理结果中几种跳点产生的原因,通过数据处理最终滤出了所有跳点,保证了数据输出的正确性。
