以环氧氯丙烷为交联剂,将多乙烯多胺嫁接于青霉菌丝体表面,探讨氨基化菌丝体制备过程中的影响因素以及经氨基化改造后的菌丝体对甲基橙的吸附效果.结果表明,环氧氯丙烷的最优反应时间为4 h,环氧氯丙烷投加量为1 m L;多乙烯多胺反应时间为4 h,多乙烯多胺投加量为1 m L,最佳反应温度为34℃.经红外光谱检测,氨基化菌丝体构建成功,氨基化改造后的菌丝体对甲基橙的最大吸附量为460 mg·g~(-1).
