结果 HRV各参数值发生变化,表现为心动周期的标准差(standard deviation of R-R intervals,SDNN)和相邻正常心动周期差值的均方根(the root mean square successive differences in milliseconds,RMSSD)下降,而LF/HF(Low frequency/high frequency,低频/高频)升高,与假手术对照组之间比较,差异有显著意义,且1000μA电刺激比500μA时HRV参数下降幅度更大。结论 LF/HF的明显升高提示电刺激大脑岛叶使交感和迷走神经功能失调而发生HRV改变。
Objective To investigate the effects of electrical stimulation of the cerebral insula on heart rate variability (HRV) in rats. Methods The electrocardiogram (ECG) of rats under anesthesia was detected. The animals were divided into untreated group, sham operation group, 500 and 1000μA point stimulation group. The ECG data of each group were collected. The heart rate variability Frequency domain indicators for analysis. Results The values of HRV varied with the decline of RMSD of standard deviation of RR intervals (SDNN) and the difference of adjacent normal cardiac cycles (RMSSD) However, the LF / HF (low frequency / high frequency) increased significantly compared with the sham operation control group, and the difference was significant when the 1000μA electrical stimulation was 500μA. Conclusions The significant increase of LF / HF suggests that electrical stimulation of the insular island leads to dysfunction of sympathetic and vagal nerve and changes of HRV.
