在带钢连续热处理热过程机理数学模型的基础上,提出了带钢连续热处理过程中的稳定工况和变工况过程的优化策略.根据稳定工况过程的启发式优化策略,得到了各钢簇(由钢种、规格确定)的可行工况集,基于各钢簇可行工况集之间的关系,研究开发了变工况条件下带钢连续热处理过程优化控制策略.该策略通过调整机组的操作参数,使得带钢温度与热处理目标温度之间的误差最小.通过对现场实际采用的变工况控制策略与本文开发的策略的对比分析表明,基于可行工况集的变工况策略可以在更短时间内实现变工况过程,更精准地控制变工况期间的带钢温度.
Based on the mathematic model of the heat treatment process of continuous strip heat treatment, the optimization strategy of steady working condition and variable working condition in continuous heat treatment of strip was put forward.
