介绍了为减轻新干线电动车车轴轮座微振磨损所采取的措施:一是压装车轮时使内轮毂端呈悬臂状安装;二是将车轴轮座端的圆角半径由100mm缩小至60mm;三是对车轴表面进行感应淬火。采取上述措施后,因微振磨损引起的裂纹发生率大幅度下降。还介绍了在不改变车轮压装状态条件下进行精确探伤的新方法。以及用于镗孔车轴的超声波探伤法和表面SH波探伤法的原理和装置。
