目的探讨溶血标本对肝功能检验准确性的影响,提高肝功能临床检测的准确性。方法选取成都市天府新区人民医院2015年2月—2016年2月入院的100例行静脉血肝功能检查健康体检者血液样本200份,分为非溶血组样本及溶血组样本两组,每组100份。非溶血组样本不予以特殊处理,溶血组样本施以溶血处理,比较两组样本血液肝功能检验结果等。结果非溶血组样本天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、总蛋白(TP)、清蛋白(ALB)水平低于溶血组样本,γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、血清总胆红素(TBil)、直接胆红素(DBil)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平高于溶血组样本,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对患者血液样本进行肝功能检测时,溶血样本的检测结果与非溶血样本检测结果会产生显著区别,相关科室需采取有效保护及预防措施控制样本溶血情况的发生,以保证检测结果不受干扰。
Objective To investigate the effect of hemolysis on the accuracy of liver function tests and to improve the accuracy of clinical tests on liver function. Methods Totally 200 blood samples of 100 healthy people who were admitted to Tianfu New District People’s Hospital of Tianfu District of Chengdu from February 2015 to February 2016 were divided into two groups: non-hemolysis group and hemolysis group, each group 100 parts. Non-hemolysis samples were not given special treatment, hemolysis samples hemolysis treatment, blood samples from two groups of liver function test results and so on. Results The levels of aspartate aminotransferase (AST), glutamate aminotransferase (ALT), total protein (TP) and albumin (ALB) in non-hemolysis group were lower than those in hemolysis group The levels of γ-GT, TBil, DBil and ALP were higher than those in hemolysis group (P <0.01). Conclusion When the blood samples of patients are tested for liver function, there is a significant difference between the detection results of hemolysis samples and the results of non-hemolysis samples, and relevant departments should take effective protection and precautionary measures to control the hemolysis of samples to ensure the test results are not disturbed .
