我院内科系统(不包括传染科、放疗科)设病床154张,1994年出院病人2531人,后4年增长甚微,到1999年有明显增长,出院病人达3344人,分析其疾病谱,为内科今后的发展提供了依据。 一、疾病顺位(见表一)内科系统1996～1999年共出院11590人,按国际疾病分类(ICD-9),除去极少数妇科病、皮肤病、症状、体征及不明确诊断等病例外,12个系统的疾病占96.98％。
There were 154 hospital beds in our department’s internal medicine system (excluding infectious and radiotherapy departments), 2531 discharged patients in 1994 and a slight increase in the last 4 years. By 1999, there was a marked increase in the number of discharged patients and 3344 patients. The disease spectrum was analyzed. For the future development of internal medicine provided the basis. A total of 11590 people were discharged from the internal medicine system from 1996 to 1999. According to the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-9), few cases of gynecological diseases, dermatoses, symptoms, signs and definite diagnosis were excluded , 12 system diseases accounted for 96.98%.
