一般说来,“O”型密封圈只作固定密封及低压(2.5MPa以下)运动密封用,而对于高压运动密封则采用带补偿式的“Y”型“U”型“V”型等之类带唇边的密封圈密封。因为我们是液压设备使用单位,往往因各种带补偿型密封圈规格品种短缺而影响生产,另外在机床上(磨床类)活塞都采用“O”型密封圈,其密封主要靠“O”型圈带一点预压量(0.5～0.7)来密封。压力的变化,运动磨损及老化显然使这种密封效果很差。针对上述情况,我们做了一次改进尝试,其结构如图1和图2所示。
