“他们就像一根蜡烛,把自己燃烧了,却照亮了整个世界。哪怕燃烧剩下的灰烬,也是归于大地,增加着时代的厚重。”每一个这样的人,人们都不会忘记。北京大学历史系教授刘浦江,1月6日溘然离世,年仅54岁垦荒者,好老师,真正学者的表率正值学术盛年的刘浦江遽然离世,引发多位学者哀悼。北大中古史中心的同事罗新教授表示:“失去他,是北大中古史中心三十年来最大的损失。”陆扬教授称其为“真正学者的表率”。
