采用PCR、PCR-RFLP等方法检测51例宫颈组织(其中宫颈癌标本38例,正常宫颈组织标本13例)中高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-16,18感染情况及H-ras基因突变情况。研究结果显示,宫颈组织中HPV-16,18感染率为74%(28/38),表明高危型HPV-16,18是宫颈癌发生的重要因素。H-ras基因突变率为29%(11/38)。正常宫颈组织中上述检测结果均为阴性。H-ras基因突变与多种肿瘤发生有关;显示该基因突变与宫颈癌发生有关,但不是早期事件,也不能作为临床恶变与预后判断的指标;H-ras基因突变与HPV-16,18型感染具有相关性
