为了研究氯化钙对苜蓿幼苗盐害的缓解作用,试验选择抗盐性不同的中苜1号(抗盐型)和甘农4号(盐敏感型)两种苜蓿幼苗,对受Na Cl盐害的两种苜蓿叶片施加不同浓度氯化钙,测定脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量。结果表明:施加不同浓度氯化钙后,苜蓿幼苗体内渗透调节物质脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量较盐胁迫处理有所增加;在相同的处理条件下,耐盐品种渗透调节物质含量均高于盐敏感品种;两种苜蓿幼苗在CaCl_2浓度为10,15 mmol/L时渗透调节能力有所增加。
In order to study the mitigating effect of calcium chloride on salt toxicity of alfalfa seedlings, two alfalfa seedlings, Zhonglv No.1 (salt-resistant type) and Gannong-4 (salt sensitive type) Two different alfalfa leaves were applied with different concentrations of calcium chloride, and the contents of proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein were determined.
