目前生产的“复方苯酚糊剂”各个批量的粘度不够稳定,从而影响粘堵效果。为了解决产品的粘度问题,设计了较为理想的SIPI-8410糊剂。本实验对该糊剂进行了家兔输卵管粘堵绝育效果及大、小白鼠急性毒性试验。
The current production of “compound phenol paste,” the bulk of the viscosity is not stable enough, thus affecting the blocking effect. In order to solve the problem of viscosity of the product, the ideal SIPI-8410 paste was designed. In this experiment, the paste was sterilized by tubal occlusion in rabbits and the acute toxicity test in rats and mice.
