知识库是专家系统的核心部分。根据收集到的淮河中游防洪决策专家知识及调度决策的实际过程,建立了以产生式为表示方法的分层规则库。由FOXBASE语言编写推理控制策略,确定每次决策的目标,针对不同的决策目标,调用不同的规则库,解决了决策过程中的冲突。由此组成了淮河中游防洪专家系统的知识库。经十多个关键时刻的决策模拟表明,本知识库是严密完整的,与领域专家的实际知识是一致的,模拟决策结论是合理可信的,可供实际决策时参考。
Knowledge base is the core part of expert system. According to the collected expert knowledge of flood control decision-making in the middle reaches of Huaihe River and the actual process of decision-making, a hierarchical rule base based on production formula is established. Written by the FOXBASE language inference control strategy to determine the goal of each decision, for different decision-making goals, call different rule base, to solve the conflict in the decision-making process. Which formed the knowledge base of flood control expert system in the middle reaches of Huaihe River. After more than a dozen key moments of the decision-making simulation shows that the knowledge base is tight and complete, and domain experts in the actual knowledge is consistent, analog decision-making conclusions are reasonable and credible, for the actual decision-making reference.
