试验旨在研究日粮中不同甜菜碱产品对肉鸡屠宰性能、肉品质及肌肉抗氧化能力的影响。试验选用1日龄AA肉鸡144只随机分为3组,每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮中分别添加500 g/t甜菜碱粉剂和500 g/t甜菜碱颗粒。结果表明,添加不同甜菜碱产品均可显著提高肉鸡胸肌率和腿肌率(P<0.05),显著降低胸肌滴水损失和MDA含量(P<0.05),显著提高p H值和a*值(P<0.05),甜菜碱颗粒显著提高胸肌粗脂肪含量(P<0.05)。综上所述,日粮中添加甜菜碱粉剂和颗粒均能有效提高胸肌率、腿肌率并改善肌肉品质和抗氧化性能,且甜菜碱颗粒的应用效果略优于粉剂。
The aim of the experiment was to investigate the effects of different betaine products in the diet on slaughter performance, meat quality and muscle antioxidant capacity in broiler chickens. One-day-old AA broilers were randomly divided into three groups of 144 randomly selected, with 6 replicates per group and 8 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group was fed with 500 g / t betaine powder and 500 g / t betaine granules respectively in the basal diet. The results showed that the addition of different betaine products significantly increased breast muscle and leg muscle (P <0.05), significantly reduced the drip loss and MDA content in breast muscle (P <0.05), and significantly increased the values of p H and a * <0.05), and betaine granules significantly increased the content of crude fat in breast muscle (P <0.05). In summary, dietary betaine powder and granules can effectively increase the rate of breast muscle, leg muscle and improve muscle quality and antioxidant properties, and the application of betaine slightly better than the powder.
