回转机构发生故障,将直接影响混凝土泵车的布料功能,严重时还可能导致人员伤亡等安全事故。如何减少或避免回转机构的故障,同时降低其生产制造成本,是企业在产品设计中一个急需解决的重要问题。从回转机构的功能与原理出发,探讨常用回转机构的优劣,对其故障现象进行分析,给出现场解决方案。针对短臂架、中等臂架、长臂架与超长臂架混凝土泵车,分别提出具体的设计思路及优化方案。实际应用表明,优化方案大大减少了回转机构的故障发生率,具有一定参考价值。
Rotary body failure, will directly affect the concrete pump truck fabric function, serious cases may also lead to personal injury and other safety incidents. How to reduce or avoid the failure of slewing mechanism and reduce the manufacturing cost is an urgent problem that enterprises need to solve urgently in product design. Starting from the function and principle of slewing mechanism, the advantages and disadvantages of commonly used slewing mechanism are discussed, the fault phenomena are analyzed, and the solution to the problem is given. In view of the short boom, the middle boom, the long boom and the extra long boom concrete pump truck, the specific design ideas and optimization solutions are respectively proposed. The practical application shows that the optimization scheme can greatly reduce the failure rate of the slewing mechanism and has certain reference value.
