以汽车挡泥板为研究对象,对其原有冲压工艺进行分析,针对原有工艺的不足,提出新的工艺方案,重点介绍了一模四件的拉延模设计。并利用有限元分析软件AutoForm对该工艺的成形过程进行数值模拟仿真。优化拉延筋的设置方式和尺寸后,解决了优化前局部成形不充分及开裂的问题。模拟结果验证了新工艺的合理性和可行性。采用该工艺不仅能提高材料利用率,减少模具成本,节省了一副落料模,而且可以缩短模具设计周期,提高整体生产效率。
Taking automobile fender as the research object, the original stamping process was analyzed. Aiming at the shortcomings of the original process, a new process scheme was put forward, and the design of a die with four pieces of drawing die was introduced emphatically. The finite element analysis software AutoForm was used to simulate the forming process of the process. After optimizing the setting method and size of drawbead, the problem of insufficient local forming and cracking before the optimization is solved. Simulation results verify the rationality and feasibility of the new process. The use of the process can not only improve the material utilization, reduce the cost of the mold, save a blanking mold, and can shorten the mold design cycle and improve the overall production efficiency.
