目的:探讨表皮型转谷氨酰胺酶(TGM3)在喉癌组织中的表达及其与各临床病理因素的关系。方法:采用流式细胞术检测50例喉癌组织和50例相应癌旁组织中的TGM3的表达,并以20例非喉癌患者喉部正常黏膜组织作对照。结果:①喉癌组织中TGM3蛋白的表达量及阳性表达率均明显低于癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织(P<0.05),癌旁组织及正常喉黏膜组织的表达无差别(P>0.05)。②TGM3蛋白的表达与喉癌组织中的淋巴结转移、临床分期、分化程度有相关性(P<0.05);与临床分型、肿瘤大小、年龄和性别无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:TGM3蛋白的低表达可促进喉癌的发生和发展,其蛋白检测可作为判断喉癌分化、浸润、转移、分期的重要指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of epidermal transglutaminase (TGM3) in laryngeal carcinoma and its relationship with clinicopathological factors. Methods: The expression of TGM3 was detected by flow cytometry in 50 cases of laryngeal carcinoma and 50 cases of paracancerous tissues. The normal laryngeal mucosa of 20 cases of non-laryngeal carcinoma were used as control. Results: (1) The expression and the positive rate of TGM3 protein in laryngeal carcinoma tissues were significantly lower than those in para-cancerous tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa (P <0.05), while there was no difference in the adjacent tissues and normal laryngeal mucosa (P> 0.05 ). ②TGM3 protein expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis, clinical stage and differentiation in laryngeal carcinoma (P <0.05). There was no correlation between the expression of TGM3 protein and clinical classification, tumor size, age and gender (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The low expression of TGM3 protein can promote the occurrence and development of laryngeal carcinoma. The protein detection can be used as an important index to judge the differentiation, invasion, metastasis and staging of laryngeal carcinoma.
