从模块化产品特征的两个维度——界面开放性和技术变动性,结合典型产品案例,阐述了不同类型产品系统对系统集成商、加工组装企业和模块供应商的能力要求。在此基础上,分析了不同类型产品系统中中国企业所处的竞争空间,提出了相应的国际竞争策略,并通过揭示产品模块化组织的动态演化方式,探讨了相应的竞争策略、企业能力扩展方向。
From the two dimensions of modular product features - interface openness and technical change, combined with typical product cases, the requirements of different types of product systems on system integrators, assembly processing enterprises and module suppliers are described. On this basis, this paper analyzes the competition space of Chinese enterprises in different types of product systems and puts forward corresponding international competition strategies. By revealing the dynamic evolution of product modular organizations, this paper discusses the corresponding competitive strategies, expansion of enterprise capabilities direction.
