前言虹吸出铁和虹吸出渣是物理学中的虹吸管现象在化铁炉上的具体应用。虹吸出铁这一工艺在国内外大中型化铁炉上早已得到广泛应用,但虹吸出渣工艺在国内外均应用较少,实践经验也不多。为使这一先进技术能在大、中型连续性生产的化铁炉上得到推广应用,本文根据唐钢二炼钢厂75t/h化铁炉虹吸出渣的实践经验,指出平渣眼出渣工艺的一些缺点,介绍虹吸出渣装置的结构,讨论主要参数的确定方法,分析其冶金效果及经济效益。
