面向时间竞争的供应链再造过程,即仔细审查供应链各种流程分配时间的方式,分析各环节价值的时间因素,将时间集中在具有较高增值率的活动上。但这种分配时间方式忽视了供应链中不同流程之间相互影响与相互制约的关系,此外,企业自身“具有较高增值率的活动”在该行业的实际竞争能力也并未加以考虑。应重新找寻时间分配的多种原则,建立多角度、立体化供应链时间分配模式。
The process of reengineering the supply chain facing time competition is to carefully examine the way of distribution of various processes in the supply chain, analyze the time factors of the value of each link, and concentrate the time on activities with higher value-added rates.
