天然气中微量的汞对液化天然气(LNG)装置的铝合金主深冷换热器(板翅式换热器或绕管式换热器)和其他相关设备具有极强的腐蚀性。文章通过对脱汞工艺的分析对比,及脱汞实施效果的分析,提高人们对主深冷换热器的汞腐蚀认识,LNG装置预处理工艺部分的位置设置,得出将脱汞单元设置在酸气脱除单元之前是非常具有优点的方法和未来主流趋势。并对林德工程的脱汞工艺进行了简要介绍。 Trace amounts of mercury in natural gas are extremely corrosive to aluminum-alloy main cryogenic heat exchangers (plate-fin or coiled tube heat exchangers) and other related equipment for liquefied natural gas (LNG) installations. Based on the analysis and comparison of the mercury removal process and the analysis of the effect of mercury removal, the paper improves the understanding of the mercury corrosion of the main cryogenic heat exchanger and the location of the pretreatment process part of the LNG plant. Before the acid gas removal unit is a very advantageous method and the future mainstream trend. The mercury removal technology of Linde project is introduced briefly.
