目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的蛋白表达,微血管密度(MVD)与鼻息肉的关系。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测50例鼻息肉组织中和10例下鼻甲组织中VEGF的蛋白表达情况,并用图像分析仪测定其平均灰度值,对两者之间的关系及和MVD之间的关系进行统计学分析。结果:①VEGF在鼻息肉组织中的表达量明显高于下鼻甲组织(P<0.05)。②鼻息肉组织中MVD与下鼻甲组织中MVD之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③鼻息肉组织中VEGF在血管中的平均灰度值均与MVD负相关(r=-0.664,P<0.05)。结论:在鼻息肉组织中,VEGF蛋白表达增多,MVD增加提示:VEGF在鼻息肉的发生发展中起了关键性作用。联合检测VEGF蛋白表达情况及MVD对鼻息肉的治疗、预防复发及制定有效合理的治疗方案具有重要的参考价值。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the protein expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), microvessel density (MVD) and nasal polyps. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the protein expression of VEGF in 50 cases of nasal polyps and 10 cases of inferior turbinate tissues. The average gray value was measured by image analyzer. The relationship between them and the expression of VEGF Between the statistical analysis. Results: ①The expression of VEGF in nasal polyps was significantly higher than that in inferior turbinate tissue (P <0.05). ② The difference between MVD in nasal polyps and MVD in inferior turbinate tissues was statistically significant (P <0.05). ③ The mean gray value of VEGF in the nasal polyps was negatively correlated with MVD (r = -0.664, P <0.05). CONCLUSION: In nasal polyps, VEGF protein expression increased, MVD increased prompted: VEGF in nasal polyps play a crucial role in the development. Joint detection of VEGF protein expression and MVD on the treatment of nasal polyps, prevention of recurrence and the development of effective and reasonable treatment program has important reference value.
