针对指挥决策者难以对网络空间信息防御能力进行精确、自主可控的评估,分析了网络空间防御能力及其影响因素,构建了网络空间信息防御能力评估指标体系,采用AHP法确定指标权重,把运用模糊综合评价法得到的成功评价数据作为Hopfield神经网络的平衡点,利用Hopfield神经网络记忆与联想功能建立了基于Hopfield神经网络的评估模型对能力指标进行评估,实验结果表明该方法能够较好地反映样本数据数字特征,实现了对网络空间信息防御能力的直观、快速、准确的评估。
It is difficult for command decision-makers to make accurate, autonomous and controllable evaluation of cyber-space information defense capability. The cyberspace defense capability and its influencing factors are analyzed. The evaluation index system of cyber-space information defense capability is constructed. The AHP method is used to determine the index weights. Using the successful evaluation data obtained from the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the equilibrium point of Hopfield neural network, an evaluation model based on Hopfield neural network memory and association function is established to evaluate the capability index. The experimental results show that this method can better Reflect the digital characteristics of the sample data, to achieve a visual, rapid and accurate assessment of cyberspace information defense capabilities.
