已有报道,1型人类免疫缺陷症病毒(HIV-1)p17中较保守区(86-115氨基酸)30个氨基酸的合成肽(HGP-30)可诱导细胞和体液免疫应答。本研究旨在评价用HGP-30加强免疫者的外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)接种严重联合免疫缺陷病(SCID)小鼠后其抗HIV-1感染的能力。
It has been reported that a 30 amino acid synthetic peptide (HGP-30) of the more conserved region (86-115 amino acids) in type 1 human immunodeficiency virus (HIV-1) p17 induces cellular and humoral immune responses. This study was designed to evaluate the ability of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) immunized with HGP-30 to infect HIV-1-infected mice after severe combined immunodeficiency disease (SCID) inoculation.
