~(99m)Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物的制备和鉴定 1.制备 采用电极法制备~(99m)Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物,用小瓶收集~(99)Mo-~(99m)Tc发生器淋洗液4ml,加入1ml 10%葡萄糖酸钙,用高纯锡做成两个律状电极,插入小瓶溶液内,接正、负极。电解电流为2mA,通电2min,不断摇动,即得~(99m)Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物,过滤后即可供肾扫描用。 2.放射性纯度鉴定 ~(99m)Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物的纸层析.85%甲醇溶液作为展开剂,Whatman Ⅰ号滤纸层析。~(99m)Tc-葡萄糖酸盐化合物层析后仍在原点,未见有游离的~(99m)Tc,另也与淋洗液~(99m)Tc作了对照,证实有极高的标记率。
Preparation and Identification of ~ (99m) Tc-Gluconate Compound 1. Preparation The ~ (99m) Tc-gluconate compound was prepared by electrode method and was eluted with a ~99 99 Mo ~ 99m Tc generator Liquid 4ml, adding 1ml 10% calcium gluconate, with high purity tin made of two rhythm electrodes, into the vial solution, then positive and negative. Electrolysis current of 2mA, power 2min, constantly shaking, that is ~ (99m) Tc-gluconate compound, filtered for renal scans. 2. Radioactive purity identification ~ (99m) Tc-gluconate compound paper chromatography .85% methanol solution as a developing agent, Whatman No. I filter paper chromatography. The ~ (99m) Tc-gluconate compound was still at the origin after chromatography, no ~ 99m Tc was observed, and it was also compared with 99m Tc in eluent to confirm that there was a very high labeling rate .
