以2,3,4-三氟硝基苯为原料,乙醇为溶剂,在催化剂作用下经还原合成2,3,4-三氟苯胺。并对其合成工艺中的影响因素进行研究,获得最佳工艺条件为:反应温度65~70℃,氢气压力0.1~0.2MPa,m(2,3,4-三氟硝基苯)∶m(自制催化剂)=70.8∶1.0。在此最佳工艺条件下,得到的产品纯度为99.3%,收率达97.5%。
Using 2,3,4-trifluoronitrobenzene as raw material and ethanol as solvent, 2,3,4-trifluoroaniline was synthesized by reduction under the action of catalyst. And the influencing factors in the synthesis process were studied. The optimum technological conditions were: reaction temperature 65 ~ 70 ℃, hydrogen pressure 0.1 ~ 0.2MPa, m (2,3,4 - trifluoronitrobenzene): m Self-made catalyst) = 70.8: 1.0. Under this optimal process conditions, the purity of the product obtained was 99.3% with a yield of 97.5%.
