在Ar气氛下用机械球磨方法制备了Ni 30 %Fe(质量分数 )纳米晶固溶体粉末 ,用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜 (SEM)、透射电镜 (TEM)、电子探针 (EPMA)、差热分析 (DSC)等方法观察和分析了Ni 30 %Fe(质量分数 )粉末机械球磨过程中微观组织演变及相变过程。结果表明 ,在球磨初始阶段粉末颗粒呈现出粗大片层组织 ,随球磨进行演变为细小片层结构。球磨至 2 5h ,形成了晶粒尺寸为 10nm的Ni基固溶体。DSC的结果表明在 14 4 4 2℃出现固相 -液相转变
Ni 30% Fe (mass fraction) nanocrystalline solid solution powders were prepared by mechanical ball milling in an Ar atmosphere and characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM, EPMA, Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and other methods were used to observe and analyze the microstructure evolution and transformation during the mechanical milling of Ni 30% Fe powder. The results show that in the initial stage of ball milling, the powder grains show a coarse lamellar structure and evolve into a fine lamellar structure with ball milling. Ball milling to 25h, the formation of a grain size of 10nm Ni-based solid solution. DSC results show that the solid-liquid phase transition occurs at 14442 ° C
