考虑应变速率和温度对变形的影响,根据等温压缩试验得到的应力-应变关系,建立了热变形过程中6061铝合金的高温流变应力模型,并分别采用回归统计法和反求参数法对模型参数求解,对铝合金的变形行为进行了预测。结果表明,根据不同的问题,应选择合理的模型求解方法,以提高计算精度和求解效率。
Considering the influence of strain rate and temperature on the deformation, according to the stress-strain relationship of isothermal compression test, the high-temperature flow stress model of 6061 aluminum alloy during thermal deformation was established.
